I’m very excited to be the newest member of seam Collective!
I have more than 35 years experience within the field of textile design and manufacture, specialising in knitted textiles and co-ordinating print collections and designs for fashion and interiors.

I’ve been producing and selling my own work since I left the Royal College of Art in 1982.
My past work ranges from unique collections of hand knit garments to one off wearable art pieces, interior products and swatch designs and over the years I’ve sold my collections to some of the world’s most exclusive stores including Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Browns, Liberty, Saks 5th Avenue, Bloomingdales, Mitsukoshi and David Jones in Australia.

I’ve had several books of my knitwear designs published, Stitches in Time, Traveller’s Yarns, and Sue Bradley’s Cotton Collection, and I’ve worked as a freelance designer for Mulberry Company, Abercrombie and Fitch, Gap, The Limited, Ralph Lauren and DKNY.
I also produce hand knit patterns and garments for Rowan yarns and other leading yarn manufacturers both in the UK and Europe, which have featured in magazines such as Vogue and Country Living.
I have run a wide range of textile workshops for the Embroiderers’ Guild, The American Museum in Britain (here in Bath) and the University of Bath. From 2002-2016 I was subject leader of Mixed Media Textiles at Bath Spa University.
I show my current collections at Premiere Vision in Paris and Pitti Filati in Florence twice a year and am currently selling my designs to Missoni, Etro, Tokuko Maeda, Rosella Jardini and Shrimps.
